Yay! It's finally here! Our Coconut Milk soap is a soft + luxurious (detergent free!) soap containing coconut milk.

Fern & Lily, a soft, subtle and charming blend of Bulgarian rose, amazon lily, egyptian jasmine, light citrus notes and green fern. This smells like a beautiful, effervescent field of flowers.

sorbitol (sorbitol), coconut oil (sodium cocoate), propylene glycol (propylene glycol), stearic acid (sodium stearate), water, sodium hydroxide, glycerin, coconut milk (cocos nucifera fruit juice), titanium dioxide. 

Coconuts are one of my absolute favourite ingredients to work with because it's basically a miracle worker for your skin + hair.

Coconut milk is wonderful for moisturizing dehydrated, damaged skin and hair. With its high levels of vitamin C, coconut milk helps maintain resiliency + suppleness of the skin. And because of the copper that's naturally found in coconut milk, it can also prevent wrinkles, sagging skin + sun spots! (Who would turn that down?!). Gentle utilization of coconut milk is great for fighting dry skin ailments like eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis. The natural fatty acids in coconut milk help heal dry + bothered skin and remove harmful bacteria.

Coconut milk, packed with vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5, B6 along with iron, selenium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus, is the liquid that's found within the "meat" of the coconut. It's the product of blending the coconut "meat" from mature coconuts and straining it. Why mature coconuts? As a coconut grows, the coconut water transforms into more of the coconut meat, resulting in more coconut milk.

S H I P P I N G

Domestic orders placed within the US are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. On special occasions or per customer request, we may ship via FedEx.

Orders typically ship within 5 - 10 days once order is placed + paid. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with all tracking information. Please be aware that Wood & Wax Co. is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. 

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority International. Please note that you, the international buyer, are responsible for all customs fees and expenses (if any should arise). Wood & Wax Co. is not financially responsible for paying such fees. International orders can take anywhere from 7 - 28+ days to arrive once shipped. Please check given tracking information should you have any questions.

Currently, we accept all major credit cards + PayPal! We do not accept payment after shipment, mailed checks or cash.

We are not offering returns at this time, but I do want you to love your purchase! The majority of our products are for beauty + body use so they are final sale due to sanitary + hygienic safety reasons. Should you feel strongly about discussing a potential store credit or exchange, please contact me at elle@woodandwaxco.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. I'm more than happy to work with you to find a solution that works for the both of us, but please be conscious of the nature of our products.

All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Any packages sent back to Wood & Wax Co. (without direct instructions specifically stating to return the item(s)) will not be accepted and the package will be returned to sender. 

We do not assume responsibility for packages containing returns that are lost in transit or packaged poorly. We do not reimburse return shipping costs. We do not replace orders that are shipped with no tracking information.

 

D A M A G E S

Your order is adequately packaged with handling + transit in mind! While we do take care when packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact me at elle@woodandwaxco.com with a photo of the damaged product + shipping box (if applicable) within 48 hours of receiving. A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and we will work together to find a solution to your damaged product (typically a replacement is sent to you once the damage claim has been filed with the shipping carrier). 

 

V A R I A T I O N S

All of our products are made by hand out of natural ingredients so variations are to be expected. Each and every product we make is carefully inspected before heading to your doorstep. These variations do not affect the integrity of our goods and will not be considered defects or damages:

Candles + Wax Melts • Changes in temperature may cause "wet spots" on candles. This is a term used to describe a spot on a candle jar that looks as if water has seeped in between the wax and the jar. This is a natural occurrence that can happen when candles go through changes in temperature (going from an air-conditioned home/car to a hot, humid mailbox or vice versa). These "wet spots" do not affect the way your candles burn or smell in any way.

Linen + Air Mists • Different fragrance combinations mixed with our linen + air mist base may cause a milky or cloudy appearance. This is normal and varies from scent to scent. It does not affect the way your mist will work or smell. Be sure to give these a shake before use to mix everything together for the best results.

Beauty + Skin Products • Due to the nature of handmade products and the natural oils used in our goods, separation is normal! A simple shake will bring everything back together and is an easy solution.
